Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the email box account you would like to forward emails from, then select the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
